How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery within Egypt then usually takes 2-5 business days. International orders typically take 7-21 business days.
Do you deliver to every governorate in Egypt?
Yes. We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over 1,699 EGP. Below that, it is 90 EGP in Cairo, Giza and 6th of October; 120 EGP in Alexandria, Qalyubia, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Monufia, Kafr el-Sheikh, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia and Helwan; and 140 EGP in all other governorates.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available at checkout for orders within Egypt. Choose it, then pay when your order arrives.
How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?
Add three pieces to your cart and the lowest-priced piece is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so you do not need a code.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your details stay private and protected.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Every piece has a relaxed, oversized fit. Check our Size Guide for measurements, or message us on Instagram @try_out.fit and we will help you choose.
What does "Free Size (60-95 kilo)" mean?
Some pieces, like our Linen Wide Leg Pants, come in one size made to fit 60-95 kg, with a tie waist for an easy, adjustable fit.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. For all the details, read our Returns & Exchanges policy.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No stress. Message us and we will help you swap it for the right size within the 14-day exchange window.
